Initial inspectionBefore your HomeCare cover begins, all new plans are subject to an initial boiler service and system inspection.
30-day exceptionIf Mathew Roberts Plumbing & Heating has carried out a boiler service within the previous 30 days, this requirement is automatically waived.
Existing faultsAny faults or safety concerns identified during the inspection must be repaired before HomeCare cover can commence.
